We are thrilled to invite you to another extraordinary evening at Summit House, as on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 6:30 p.m., master sommelier Jonathan Ross, co-founder of Legend Imports and a true expert on Australian wines, joins us for an intimate limited-seat dinner. Jon was the head sommelier at Eleven Madison Park before moving to Australia, where he passed the prestigious Master Sommelier Diploma exam. There are only 282 master sommeliers in the world, a list that also includes Jon’s wife, Jane Lopes. Together, they founded Legend, focusing solely on importing the best Australian wines to the U.S. During Chef AJ Capella’s four-course meal — paired with five wines — Jon will share stories behind the vines, the winemaking process and what makes Australian wines distinctly exceptional.
